In order to improve the communication process involved in making parents, athletes and coaches aware of upcoming events and team selection, AVAAC are trialling a new online notification and acceptance system hosted by TEAMER.

The system allows us to set up events and then for selected members, the system will issue an SMS (text) message and email notifying that member of the event.  Members can then acknowledge or decline attendance either by SMS or by following instructions in the email - simples !!!

AVAAC would like to see everyone register as members. The more members we have, the easier it is going to be for us to get information out to everyone in a timely manner. To register go to the AVAAC TEAMER home page and and follow the joining instructions or alternatively send Gareth an email (gareth@avaac.net) providing your preferred email address and mobile telephone number where SMS messages will be sent to.
